Allow fanart / knowledgebaes topic owner to delete comments

Now the only reason would be to be able to cleanup redundant comments on knowledgebase and fanart topics. Comments there are useful, but only for a limited amount of time because the topic will be updated.
It would be nice if I for example could delete these now redundant comments.
Perhaps also the ability to delete KB topics, or at least mark them to be reviewed for deletion, such as the topic marked as redundant yesterday.
Perhaps the KB topic owner (and the to be implemented KB maintainer group) should be allowed to delete any of the comments?
ya need to have people maintaining this to keep it clean, but at the same time not go overboard and start deleting comments everywhere.
It would be really nice if this was possible. I believe fanart owners can already delete responses and comments on their topics.
I would really like to do some cleanup on various KB topics aswell. A lot of comments are outdated and should be deleted.
