I think that CT should have Smilies, the list from the forum would be good.

I love smilies, I was going to put more here, but all around we need smilies, lets make it look more like fun around here.

Yeah I like this :) the rules will be rather strict though for where you can put smilies (for example you will not be able to put them in a pre block). Also I will make sure that this is a global setting that can be disabled.

I'm thinking a smile button right beside the picture link button would be nice. a little drop down window with some nice ones to choose from.

  • Yes, hiding the full list of smilies until clicked on would be preferable. My very old laptop takes its time loading the smilie panel on phpbb and it’s a pain. – Shidojin about 2 years ago

BUMP this needs to happen soon, especially now that chat is available. Should I put up a separate feature request for smileys in chat Sam or will this apply to both areas?
