Feature Different Display View for Discussion Topics

We need better, tighter formatting of the text of discussion topics. The fixed-width, high white-space format of normal topics makes them way too long.

We really gotta lose the comments in discussion topics. It’s just about impossible to follow an active discussion because of the non-linear display.

I know I'm missing things in the pre-release topic and I have to basically re-read the whole thread each time.
