Badge not awarded

A badge was not given for the accepted answer for THIS MBCT TOPIC.

I've looked all through the history of the topic, but I can’t see where anything went wrong. Any idea what happened?

Edit:

The problem seems to have been caused by a user changing his answer here. So, my badge count and rep total are probably correct, it’s just that the history is mucked up a bit making it hard to follow what happened.

p.s. This all seems vaguely familiar…
