In the Admin –> Manage Groups section you can select a group and add or remove users to that group.
There are 3 groups defined in the system by default:
- Admin – admins can do everything on the site
- Developers – developers can take ownership of bugs and feature requests
- Everyone – is the default group every user is on, no need to add users to that group.
Additionally you can create other groups and assign special permissions to it
