Feature Add Supporters Online to chat with easy invite

I would like to see a rename to the Users online box to read Users in chat

Then add a box of similar form underneath with supporters online so we can easily send invite messages to users who may not be aware of chat or someone we would like to chat with.

a bit offtopic, but it would be nice if the names of people in chat link to their UCP.
