Bug Some email servers are blocking Community Tracker email notifications

I'm having issues with some of the CT notifications getting blocked by users email servers. Specifically the ones that are getting blocked are:

  • New account has been created and is awaiting activation
  • New account has been successfully activated
  • Password reset

This is especially troublesome for the password reset email since it basically makes it so my users are unable to get a password reminder if they forget their password. Below is the information in the “Delivery has failed” email I get when this happens

With at&t the theory is that I can get the block removed by visiting http://worldnet.att.net/general-info/block_admin.html

At the moment this site is down, so I'll try again tomorrow.

Ok, thanks Sam. It wasn’t only happening with AT&T if I remember right. I can’t think of any other ones though specifically.
