Logon page: set focus to username field on page load

Whenever you have to logon to the tracker you have to put the focus to the username field manually.

It shouldn’t be very difficult to automatically set focus to the username input field when the page loads.

I know, it’s minor, but with certain administrative tasks you have to frequently logon again which can be a little frustrating :)
