IE9 breaks code block button in editor
When trying to change a selected amount of text to a code block in the editor using Internet Explorer 9, it inserts the sample test enter code here instead of adding the markdown formatting for the selected text.
When enabling compatibility mode for the site, it does work, but this makes the topic page look pretty ugly.
