What tags are allowed in comments?

The following html tags are allowed in comments:

 a, b, em, i, q, small, strike, strong, sub, sup, del, ins, kbd

Note: you can simply use markdown for basic formatting needs. For example *hello* will render as hello and **world** will render as world.
